How a group booking works
On the reservation page, the lead person verifies by email and enters the number of people. The party is booked as one team, and the confirmation goes to the lead person's contact. Up to 6 people can be booked together online.
Mixing treatments and consultations
Not everyone in the group has to have a treatment. Each person's visit starts with a skin scan and a consultation manager going through the report, and each person chooses only what they need now — a consultation only is also possible. Tell the clinic in your request what each person is interested in, so it can plan the visit.
Larger parties and languages
The online form takes up to 6 people. If your party is larger, send a message first on WhatsApp, LINE or WeChat with the number of people and your preferred dates. Tell the clinic which languages your group needs — English, Chinese and Japanese are supported.
