All FAQsHow do I make a booking?
Use the Reservation menu on this website: add the treatments or a consultation to your list, then choose a date and time. You can also reach us through the KakaoTalk channel or the messenger links in the footer and we will help you book.
Is a skin diagnosis included?
Yes. Every booking includes a free skin diagnosis. Before your consultation we cleanse your skin, take a skin scan (Mark-Vu or Meta-Vu), and give you a REPIC RSTI skin analysis report.
Do you offer service in foreign languages?
Yes. We can assist you in English, Chinese, and Japanese. Letting us know in advance helps us prepare for your visit.
Is there a consultation fee?
A consultation with a manager is KRW 10,000. It is charged if you leave after the consultation without a treatment, and it is deducted from the treatment cost when you return for a treatment.
