Terms of Use


Thank you for visiting the website (the "Site") operated by REPIC Clinic (the "Clinic"). These Terms of Use set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Clinic and of users in connection with the use of the Site.


Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the Site operated by the Clinic (the "Services"), the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Clinic and of users, and other necessary matters.


Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Site" means the website operated by the Clinic to provide services such as treatment and price information, online reservations and consultation requests.
2. "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services provided by the Clinic under these Terms.
3. "Reservation" means a user requesting a date and time of visit for a medical or treatment consultation through the Site, and the Clinic confirming that request.
4. "Content" means all information and materials posted on the Site, including documents, photographs, videos, designs and programs.
5. Terms not defined in these Terms follow the relevant laws and general commercial practice.


Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
2. The Clinic may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable law. Amended Terms are announced on the Site from seven days before the effective date, stating the effective date and the reason for the change. Amendments unfavorable to users are announced from 30 days before the effective date.
3. If a user continues to use the Services after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to them. A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Services.


Article 4 (Content of the Services)

1. The Clinic provides the following services through the Site.
	a. Treatment and price information
	b. Online reservations and consultation requests
	c. Content such as before-and-after photographs, columns and notices
	d. Other services determined by the Clinic
2. The treatments and prices shown on the Site are as of the time of publication and may change according to the circumstances of the Clinic. Whether a treatment is actually performed, its scope and its cost are finally determined through an in-person consultation.
3. The Clinic may add to or change the Services, or discontinue part of them, and will announce any such change on the Site.


Article 5 (Obligations of the User)

1. A user must not do any of the following.
	a. Enter false information when making a reservation or consultation request
	b. Misappropriate another person's personal information, such as a name or contact details, or make a reservation in another person's name
	c. Interfere with the normal operation of the Site or place a burden on its servers or network
	d. Reproduce, distribute, transmit or publish the Content of the Site without the Clinic's prior consent
	e. Damage the reputation of, or interfere with the work of, the Clinic, its medical staff or other users
	f. Any other act that violates applicable law or these Terms
2. A user must provide accurate information when making a reservation or consultation request, and must notify the Clinic if contact details or other information change.
3. If a user causes damage to the Clinic or to a third party by breaching this Article, the user is liable to compensate for that damage.


Article 6 (Reservations, Changes and Cancellations)

1. A reservation request made through the Site is concluded when the Clinic sends confirmation of the reservation by text message, telephone, messenger or another guidance channel. A request alone does not confirm a reservation.
2. A reservation may be changed or canceled through the channels the Clinic has designated (telephone, text message, messenger and the like). To keep treatment running smoothly, please let us know as far in advance of the reserved time as possible.
3. If a user does not attend at the reserved time without advance notice (a no-show), the Clinic may cancel that reservation and, where this is repeated, may restrict the user's subsequent use of online reservations.
4. If the Clinic must change a reservation for its own reasons (closure, a change to medical staff schedules and the like), the Clinic will contact the user without delay to rearrange the appointment.


Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Clinic protects the personal information of users collected in the course of providing the Services in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable law. Specific matters such as the purposes of processing, the items processed and retention periods are governed by the privacy policy posted on the Site.


Article 8 (Copyright and Use of Content)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content posted on the Site belong to the Clinic or to the rightful holder.
2. A user may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute or broadcast the Content of the Site, or use it to create derivative works, without the Clinic's prior written consent.
3. In particular, before-and-after photographs are published with the consent of the patients concerned. Saving or capturing them and posting them elsewhere, or providing them to a third party, is prohibited.
4. Rights in text and materials that a user posts or submits to the Site belong to that user, and the Clinic may use them to the extent necessary to operate the Services.


Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. Information published on the Site, such as treatments and prices, is general guidance and is not a diagnosis of, or a prescription for, any individual user. Whether treatment is actually provided is determined through an in-person consultation with medical staff.
2. The Clinic is not liable where it cannot provide the Services owing to force majeure or other unavoidable causes, such as natural disaster, power failure, communication failure or system maintenance.
3. The Clinic is not liable for disadvantage arising from errors in information provided by a user.
4. The Clinic is not liable for damage arising from a user's use of an external site linked from the Site.


Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these Terms and to any dispute relating to use of the Services.
2. Any dispute between the Clinic and a user is to be resolved first through mutual consultation. If no agreement is reached, the Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance.


Addendum

These Terms take effect on 16 September 2026.
