Re2O

Re2O is a skin booster that delivers extracellular matrix (ECM) components — such as collagen and elastin — directly into the dermis. Unlike conventional boosters that merely 'stimulate' collagen production, Re2O supplies the skin's own structural building blocks to reinforce a dermis that has thinned and broken down, rebuilding its foundation from within. It works gradually over several sessions rather than all at once. It is closer to repainting and sealing the outer walls of a house weathered by wind and rain to restore a sturdy protective shell. Re2O reinforces the foundation of the dermis, helping the skin hold its firmness and moisture and withstand irritation.

1) Consultation: the doctor reviews the skin and medical history (pregnancy, medications, allergies, prior procedures) and, where helpful, uses skin-diagnostic imaging to assess the dermal state, inner dryness and degree of redness, then determines the treatment area and dose suited to the skin and the area involved. 2) Topical anesthesia: numbing cream is applied for about 30 minutes; for comfort, a numbing preparation may also be used at the doctor's discretion. 3) Authenticity check: the product is opened in front of the patient and a certificate of authenticity is provided. 4) Injection: using a fine needle, the ECM material is distributed evenly into the dermis. 5) Finishing: a regenerative/soothing cream is applied, and aftercare guidance — including moisturizing and sun protection — is given for home care. Actual injection time is roughly 25 minutes, and it is performed per session. Series/package structure is explained during consultation.

An immediate sense of hydration and dermal reinforcement may be felt right after treatment, but Re2O's core benefit — improving dermal density and firmness and supporting a regenerative environment — builds gradually and cumulatively rather than in a single session. Collagen renewal is generally encouraged over the first 1-2 weeks, with firmness and an improved condition often felt from around weeks 3-4. Because it accumulates, the generally recommended protocol is a series of several sessions (commonly around three) spaced roughly 3-4 weeks apart; the exact interval and number are decided after consultation. Because sessions are spaced out, completing a full series during a single short trip may not be possible — the doctor can advise on timing. As a treatment that directly replenishes human-derived ECM, results are understood to last a comparatively long time, though this varies by individual skin condition and lifestyle; maintenance sessions are generally considered after a period of time. Consistent home care such as ample moisturizing and daily sun protection can help support the results. The degree, onset and duration of results vary by individual.

Re2O is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If there is active infection, inflammation, or an open wound in the treatment area, or if an autoimmune disease is active, or there is a bleeding disorder or a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring, treatment may be restricted, so please be sure to inform the medical team in advance. If you are taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or other medication that can affect bleeding, the risk of bruising or bleeding may be increased, so please be sure to inform the medical team. Immediately after treatment, temporary redness, swelling, stinging, tenderness, or bruising may appear at the injection sites, and in most cases these gradually settle over time. Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions, infection, or persistent nodules may occur, so if severe pain, swelling, or warmth persists or progressively worsens, medical assessment is required. On the day of treatment, do not rub or massage the treated area excessively, and it is best to avoid activities that can increase swelling and warmth, such as saunas, hot compresses, vigorous exercise, and alcohol. Adequate moisturizing and sun protection are recommended during the recovery period.
