Body V-OLET Injection

Body V-OLET is an injection treatment that delivers a fat-dissolving agent (deoxycholic acid) directly into the subcutaneous layer of stubborn-fat areas such as the upper arms, thighs and abdomen, helping to manage localized fat and refine the body line. It focuses on 'pocket' fat that is hard to budge with diet and exercise. Rather than finishing in one go, it works gradually over several sessions spaced about a month apart. Unlike a diet that empties the whole closet, it is closer to clearing out one stubbornly packed shelf, little by little.

1) Consultation: the doctor reviews the area's fat distribution, the skin and firmness, and the medical history (pregnancy, medications, allergies, prior procedures), then determines the treatment area, dose (Vials) and extent individually. 2) Topical anesthesia (where applicable): numbing cream may be applied to the area, or a numbing preparation may be used at the doctor's discretion for comfort. 3) Injection: the solution is distributed evenly across multiple points in the subcutaneous fat layer of the designated area. 4) Finishing: a soothing care step finishes the session, and aftercare guidance — including compression and area care — is given for home care. Actual injection time is roughly 20 minutes, and it is performed per session. Series/package structure is explained during consultation.

Body V-OLET tends to build change gradually and cumulatively across multiple sessions spaced about a month apart, rather than completing in a single session. Generally, a series of several sessions spaced about a month (a few weeks or more) apart is suggested depending on the area and extent, and the exact interval and number are decided individually by the doctor. The degree and pace of change vary considerably with each person's fat distribution, the area, and lifestyle. Because this is treatment for localized, pocket fat rather than a weight-loss diet, the result focuses on refining the line of a specific area, and maintaining a balanced diet and exercise can help support it. Because sessions are spaced about a month apart, completing a full series during a single short trip may not be possible — the doctor can advise on timing. Body V-OLET is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Treatment may be restricted if there is active infection, inflammation, or an open wound in the treatment area, or if there is a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to deoxycholic acid or any other ingredient used in the treatment. Please also inform the medical team before treatment if you have a bleeding disorder or are taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or other medication that can affect bleeding. After treatment, swelling, bruising, pain, tenderness, redness, temporary reduced sensation, or palpable induration may occur at the injection sites. Swelling and induration in particular may feel relatively pronounced compared with other light injectable treatments, and depending on the individual may improve gradually over several days to several weeks. On the day of treatment, avoid high-temperature environments such as saunas and hot compresses as well as vigorous exercise and alcohol, and it is best not to rub or press the treated area vigorously. If massage or compression care is needed, do not perform it on your own; follow the timing and method indicated by the medical team. Body V-OLET is not a treatment for weight loss itself but a treatment for managing localized fat and body line in specific areas such as the abdomen, arms, or thighs. For sufficient change, several sessions may be recommended depending on the amount of fat and the treatment extent. If pain, redness, swelling, or warmth progressively worsens after treatment, if the skin colour changes abnormally or blisters or wounds appear, or if altered sensation is severe or persists for a long time, medical assessment is required. The medical team determines suitability and the treatment areas, dose, and number of sessions individually after assessing fat distribution and skin condition.
